* A 50% deposit payment is required on commencement of all jobs, thank you. Terms: Graphic design 50% deposit and 50% on completion of artwork - Terms: Graphic Design with print production, 50% deposit and 50% on completion of artwork to contract production - Terms: Web design for small websites 5-6p (no programming), 50% deposit, 50% on final artwork completion - Terms: Web design for large websites 5-6p+ with Flash, CMS or PHP/ASP Programming and/or additional site features, 50% deposit, 25% on artwork completion, 25% on site completion.

Prices subject to standard content limits, commercial quality resources are provided, reviewing client supplied content and resources and having an agreed creative job brief prior commencement. We reserve the right to requote prices when sub standard resources (images, text and logos) are provided under commercial quality, or the job brief changes direction or the job content volume increases. Prices include our initial creative brief document and market research.

Please note strict time limits apply and all offers include 1 free draft of minor edits/alterations to artwork presented. Major alterations, re-designs, additional artwork, brief direction changes and Photoshop image refurbishment services (resizing, reformatting, creating transparencies, etching backgrounds, cloning, colour and light balancing), will be quoted upon request and based upon discounted 20% off intro rates (first job only).

Additional design, artwork or Photoshop image refurbishment services will be quoted/billed at the current standard graphic and web design rates (after first job). Graphic design $75.00 + GST per hour, Web design $95.00 + GST per hour. Web programming (PHP or ASP) $120.00 + GST per hour. Website design offers listed for new business only, website content limits apply max 250 words + 4 images/logo total per page. Graphic design content limits apply max 250 words and 4 images/logo total per A4 or A5 page, for other items content limits apply on application. Additional content requirements quoted upon request.

Design, printing, scripting/programming, hosting, domains, 3rd party systems, email subscription systems and marketing production offers are current and subject to change without notification if supply costs increase. We will quote these changes to you as soon as we are notified and permit contract specification changes to suit limited budgets.

Quotes are valid for a maximum period of 30 days from date provided. 2020 Impact reserves the right to correct printing errors and supplier price increases.
