About Xin Chao TravelParent company is World Wide Tours and Travel Pty Ltd and was established in 1989 by Mrs Tuyet Tran and Mr Hung Tieu. Xinchao Travel is a subsidiary of Worldwide Tours & Travel. WWTT was traditionally incorporated as VN International Travel Pty Ltd, and was offering group travel for people returning from Indochina for the very first time. During the late 80s early 90s many people were afraid of traveling to any part of Indochina and even those who had family and relatives were afraid to return. Hence, a need to have organised group travel to Indochina was formed. One of the founders, Ms Tran would personally fly with each group, monthly. The group size grew from 10 passengers to our largest group of being 120 passengers. During those days there were no computer facility and each booking required a consultant to liaise with the airline on a telephone. In1995 Mr Tieu opened an office in Sydney and became a GSA for Air Vietnam. In December 2003 our company was the first agent ever to charter a whole flight from Australia to Vietnam. Throughout the vast number of agencies providing “Travel Asia” products in Australia, Xin Chao Travel has emerged as one of Australia's leading retail agencies. As a dynamic travel and tour operator in VietNam, Xin Chao now offers a wide spectrum of travel services which includes corporate airline ticketing, worldwide hotel reservations, travel insurance, airport check-in service, incentive group travel and independent and group tours to all parts of the world.
